Mmmmmm…..fudgy fudginess!

I am particularly fond of peanut butter fudge.
I made a batch about a dozen years ago that put me into diabetic overload. So now I just search out chocolatiers who might possibly make it, to buy one or maybe two pieces if I am feeling particularly self-indulgent, but they seem to either combine it with chocolate (not bad, but it diminishes the peanut butter “bite”) or they’ve gone whole hog and just use it like an ingredient. Color me sad.
