Looks like a cat tangled up in the yarn ball she was playing with.
I also like the more or less muted colours except for the yarn.
As usual, the offset framing is excellent. Makes you wonder which part of the image really is the subject, the hip bone, bellybutton, yarn ball, mons venus fur patch, or just the lovely skin. Maybe the moles and freckles forming the Chica constellation?
The title DOES narrow the search a bit….either the yarn ball or the furry mons, but there’s STILL a little mystery. I like that.

Luv the red yarn contrasting the dark pubes. Smooth white skin, straight red lines, red ball of yarn and a black patch of pubic hair. I luv the red yarn disappearing into the pubic area. Imaging the red entwining the pink. Great composition.
